Joshua Rabinovitz

Product Manager at Cisco

San Francisco Bay Area | Information Technology and Services

As a Cum Laude MBA graduate of Notre Dame and with multiple opportunities as a product manager for the largest networking company in the world, I developed an expertise in initiating processes from start to finish, driving specialized marketing programs and establishing key relationships that have a positive impact on client satisfaction and company profitability. I understand a product’s lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure expediency and efficiency. I have an innate ability to clearly define the product strategy and roadmap and can work with external parties to assess partnerships and branding opportunities. The research I put into a new product also ensures that product is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals. Financial, analytical, and technical skills are second nature to me; I have the ability to clearly see the larger picture. With strong collaborative skills, I can easily communicate necessary information regarding the company vision to all levels of staff in a way that is effortlessly understood by everyone. In fact, one of my objectives in my current role involved creating and delivering quarterly presentations on strategy, roadmaps, and features of Cisco’s Security Solutions to 140 channel partners globally. My experience as a product manager has taught me to be able to work within tight time constraints in often ambiguous scenarios to meet deadlines in cross-functional teams.
